Select the type of cooling system that you would like to have in your home. Below are four different types of systems with brief explanations as to how they work.
An AC condenser combined with air handler. For heating you will need to add an electric heat strip
Outside AC Condenser and matching cased coil. The coil will be added to existing forced air unit either a gas furnace or air handle
The outside condenser consists of a condensing coil and compressor (this is the main motor of the system, pumping the refrigerant gas to the indoor cased coil. If you already have the indoor cased coil, or just needing to replace the outside unit then this is what you need.
